Sanderson Weatherall announces new shareholder at Leeds office

National property consultancy, Sanderson Weatherall, has announced the appointment of Rob Cohen as a new shareholding partner in its Leeds office.

Rob, who re-joined the firm three years ago as partner in the Business Rates team, is responsible for client generation, retention, management and delivery of Rating services across the North of England.

Commenting on the appointment, COO David Rastrick said, “I am delighted to welcome Rob on board as a shareholder of the firm. Rob has significantly developed our Rating services in the Yorkshire region and is also a leading member of our Leeds office team. I have no doubt he will continue to be a key influencer in our future business strategy and growth as a national property firm.”

Rob added, “I am thrilled to start this new chapter in my career, it is something I feel I have been working my way towards for many years. Having trained and qualified at Sanderson Weatherall between 2006 and 2011, it’s been fantastic to return to the firm and now become a shareholder. Owned and run by a group of commercial property experts, Sanderson Weatherall provide property consultancy services for owners, occupiers, investors, developers and financial advisors of property and associated assets. The firm has nine UK offices, employs over 200 people and has a turnover of £17m.
